Dr. Joshua Pearson is a national speaker, published author, and award-winning clinical pharmacist dedicated to optimizing health outcomes and medication access in our community.

He is a clinical pharmacist whose training goes well beyond standard licensure: postgraduate clinical residency, teaching certificate, three college degrees, and over a dozen national clinical practice certifications. His experience spans six states and four federally recognized tribes, across more than two dozen pharmacy care models and research. Healthcare providers seek him out for pharmaceutical recommendations and clinical consultations; he has drafted state-level policy, contributed to provisions in Ohio’s Revised Code and Administrative Code, and testified before the legislature. The American Pharmacists Association has adopted his collaborative practice agreement templates for use nationwide. He was awarded the Charitable Pharmacist of the Year in 2025 for his efforts in expanding access to medications in Ohio.
